We are two friends who love to write together!
One of us has lived in California all her life, and the other has lived in three different countries, and our paths would never have crossed if it hadn’t been for a certain boy wizard (thank you J.K. Rowling)!
We’d both been dabbling in writing all our lives, but after we met in 2002 on a Harry Potter forum, it didn’t take long for us to decide we’d love to try our hands at co-writing some fan fiction together – and soon after, we realised we had something special – to us, at least – totally contrasting writing styles and methods which somehow, for some reason, just gelled!
Disapparating from Harry’s world into Regency England, we dabbled with co-writing Austen-inspired fan fiction for a while before real life left us little time (or coherent brain power) for writing.
In early 2015, we picked up our virtual pens again, however, and after a crazy, hilarious and ultimately rewarding few years, we’re finally ready to share the fruits of our labour in a series of uplifting, comedic tales of time travel, love and friendship.
The eBook of The Particular Charm of Miss Jane Austen was published by Canelo Digital Publishing on 12th September 2019, and the sequel—The Particular Charm of Miss Jane Austen—followed on 7th November 2019.

I have just read both your ‘Jane Austen’ books back to back and loved them. They peaked my interest following a visit earlier this year to the Museum at Chawton. I have enjoyed the while concept, of fun, interaction with Regency England, and the portrail of Jane Austen alongside a cracking good story. Well done and thank you! Any more planned?

Aww, Lynda, that’s so lovely to hear! We love taking readers on adventures through time with Jane. We do have a third novel planned but life is throwing us some curveballs at present, so we haven’t yet written it. This will be the first place we announce it when we do, though!
